The biggest problem in balance is stacking. Best way to fix it? Personal emergencies. Make them just like ship emergencies but ONLY you see it. If you fail to perform the task within the time, you die. This gives a reason for crew to split up and gives an excuse for imposter to run off. No more stacking.
